From here on in, this will be a regular blog, keeping you uptodate with our goings on and hopefully also to give an insight into how we run and what to expect upon visiting our award winning independent bistro. Since opening our doors almost a year ago, it’s safe to say we have been blown away by the warmth and support of people who have dined with us.
We were thrilled to be named as one of the best restaurants on The Wirral, at The Wirral Life Awards, after just eight months of trading….
Here we aim to show you what we get up to on a day to day basis – and if we ask nicely, maybe we will be able to get a few tips from our Head chef JV! Our General Manager Sean, is the wine expert, so we will attempt to get some pointers from him too….here is a sneak peak of Sean and Cathy meeting up with our wine supplier recently….
We had a fantastic first Christmas and our delicious tasting menu on NYE went down a storm – as did the fantastic live acoustics of the fabulous Matthew Lamb….Keep eyes peeled for more dates of live music.
We have started this new year as we mean to go on; busy breakfasts, brunches and dinner times as well as launching two new menus; our children’s menu and the new early bird which runs Mon – Sat 5pm – 6.30pm and Sun from 5pm. Also, for the rest of January, for any couple having 3 courses each, you will receive a complimentary bottle of wine!
